About the Role
The Technology Partner (TP) will collaborate with stakeholders across EWON to understand their needs and identify opportunities for process and task automation. The TP will play a key role in continuous improvement to support business operations and the achievement of objectives. As the subject matter expert in automation and AI methods and technologies, this role will help drive innovation and champion a culture of continuous improvement to improve efficiency and service delivery.
Key Accountabilities
- Design, develop and implement business process automations using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps) and apply AI tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and are user friendly, reliable and secure.
- Contribute appropriate Security and Privacy considerations into EWONs AI Strategy and Governance to ensure effective, responsible & trustworthy use of AI.
- Assure robust, practical and quality application of AI via: clear business objectives; success (and fail) metrics; performance monitoring during design, implementation and post-implementation.
- Manage and administer the Microsoft Power Platform and related Azure environments, including configuration, security, user access controls, governance standards, and monitoring platform usage, performance and licensing.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies (AI, RPA, Agentised AI, RAG), lead the introduction and rollout of new capabilities such as Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio, and champion innovation through proof of concepts, pilot programs and user education.
- Play a leading role in EWONs AI Makers community.
- Engage with internal teams/departments to identify opportunities for automation or AI, advise business teams on leveraging existing tools and platforms, and collaborate with Level 1/2 support teams to ensure smooth handover and ongoing maintenance.
Required Skills and Experience
- Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in information technology, with substantial experience delivering automation and digital workflow solutions in a business environment.
- Experience in designing and building Agenised solutions that reliver trustworthy and effective outcomes. Experience in performance monitoring; performance adjusting and tuning AI models and solutions
- Relevant Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Azure and AI (for example, PL-400 Power Platform Developer, PL-600 Solution Architect, AI-900 (or Ai-901) Azure AI Fundamentals; AI-102 (Azure AI Engineer Associate) are highly regarded.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server / Azure SQL.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality, security and integrity.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas, insights or technology clearly to non-technical audiences.
